are you wondering how you can change the ownership of a sheet in smartsheet well in todays video im going to be showing exactly what you need to do so what ive done here is ive just created a brand new sheet and ive just opened it up so as youll see its completely blank sheet youre probably wondering what you need to do from here youve probably got a sheet already that you own and you want to transfer to somebody else so all you need to do is you need to click the share button in the top right hand corner within the sheet itself and that will bring this in this will bring up this interface here now what you essentially need to do is look in the collaborators so you might have already shared uh it with them so when you i just click that little drop down there the the you know the future owner may already be be shared to the sheet and if thats the case then you wont need to do this first step but if theyre not the first thing you need to do is just add them so im just going

Remove licenses Login to your account. Once logged in, select the Account icon. Select User Management to see a list of users. Left-click the users email address you wish to remove a license from. Un-check the Licensed User box. Select the Save button.
Transition your new user Sign in to Smartsheet and select your Profile icon in the upper-right corner of the window. Select User Management Add User. In the Add User window that appears, type the email address of the new person. Make sure that the Licensed User checkbox is unchecked. Select OK.
Step 1: Log into your Smartsheet account. Step 2: Navigate to your Account Settings. Step 3: Click on the Billing tab. Step 4: Select the Cancel Subscription button.

Log in to Smartsheet Admin Center as a System Admin, select the account icon, then select User Management. To open the Edit User panel, select the licensed user whose access you want to transfer, and toggle the Licensed User switch to off.
To remove, deactivate, or reactivate users Go to the Admin Center. Select User Management. Hover over the row of the user account you want to manage. On the right side of the row, select the three-dotted icon to open the action menu. Select: Remove Sharing. Deactivate User. Remove User. Reactivate User.
To transfer Owner permissions of Smartsheet assets Go to Admin Center. Under Licensed Users, select Manage. On the User Management screen, select the user who owns the item you want to transfer. Enter the user email address of the new owner.
