hello guys welcome to can scale Academy with another tutorial today in this tutorial tutorial learning about how to change the orientation of the shadow shadow plane when you make an object so this is being us by one of our followers so lets start in a new file and lets sketch any object in random objects lets go for a cylinder extrude this cylinder so as we exclude the cylinder you can see the shadow line in the ZX plane lets say if you want the shadow in the XY plane so what will be the procedure to a dot today we will discuss that lets make it lets make it Hollow lets make a shell for all of it Rochelle so this is fine no no no lets change the orientation of the shadow so you can go to render tools and then go to the Edit scene in the Edit scene you can find the align with floor option so instead of bottom view plane go for the XY plane here so when you go for the XY plane here you can see you cannot find any a shadow but in XY plane see the shadows very dim but its there

The easiest way to remove a drop shadow is to undo it, but that only works if you want to remove it right after the effect is added. For example, if you just add a drop shadow to this circle and want to remove it, simply hit Command + Z (Ctrl + Z for Windows users) to undo the effect.
