But still you can easily accomplish this in Microsoft Excel as well. To do this, you can follow two ways. The first one is, using Excel Functions. For instance, here I have a list of few peoples with their names and addresses. I want to change the case of Name field to all upper case. To do this, I will use Upper function of Microsoft Excel. First, I will insert a blank column between the both Name and Address field. Then, I will use the upper function. Equals, Upper, parenthesis begin, then the cell reference of the corresponding cell.
