First, head toTools Option. Next, navigate to Query Results SQL Server and choose the option Result to file. At this point, we can also specify the default location for saving query results. Then, create a query and execute it.
Saving a Query From the File menu, click the Save As command. Type a name for the query. Click the Options button to display the Set Query Options dialog box and type a comment or description for your query.
First, head toTools Option. Next, navigate to Query Results SQL Server and choose the option Result to file. At this point, we can also specify the default location for saving query results. Then, create a query and execute it.
Export SQL Query Results from SQL Manager In the SQL Manager tool, complete your query. At the top-center of the results table, next to Export, click the format for the file: xls Microsoft Excel spreadsheet file. In the File Download window, click Save and select the location to save the file to.

To export query results (Interactive SQL Data menu) Enter your query in the SQL Statements pane of Interactive SQL. Choose SQL Execute. Choose Data Export. Specify a location for the results and click Next. For text, HTML, and XML files, type a file name in the File Name field and click Export. Click Close.
