hello everyone so nice stands for the national education information system its an admin system run by koreas ministry of education and all people involved with public education are registered on nice so that obviously includes native english teachers so the purpose of nice is for you to record your time off work such as vacation time or sick leave so when you first come to korea and you get your arc your school admin should help register you for nice youll be creating a username a password and youll get a digital certificate and youre going to need these three things to log into nice account i know a lot of people just leave this all up to their co-teachers but i promise you its so liberating once you figure out how to do it for yourself and i personally feel a bit uncomfortable with somebody else having access to my personal information because your nice login can also be used to access your tax and stuff like that so its much better being able to do it yourself so in this vi
