In your account, click your profile image and select Manage Profile. The My Profile site opens. In the My Profile Information, in the Email Address section, select UPDATE.
Any of these recipients can be a remote recipient (who receives the envelope via email), or an embedded recipient (who views, approves, or signs the envelopes documents directly through your app or website).
Editing Recipients: To edit a recipient, click the Edit link to the left of the recipients name and repeat steps 2 and 3. Changing Recipient Order: You can change the order in which recipients receive the envelope by typing a different value in the Order field or by dragging and dropping the row into a new position.
From the Send a Document view, add your recipients. Select the Set signing order check box. Note:Signing order values appear at the left end of the recipient rows. By default, the signing order is the order in which you added the recipients.
Under Add Recipients to Envelope, select ADD RECIPIENT. Input the name of the recipient and designate a recipient action. Drag and drop the recipient to where they belong on the workflow and ensure the signing order is sequential. If the recipient Needs to Sign, you must add recipient fields on the document. Click NEXT.
To add recipients from your Address book: Click the address book icon. Select the recipients you want to send the envelope to. Click Add. All the selected names are added with a Sign recipient Action.
Log in to account and go to Send tab. Click the Add Recipient Group link at the upper right of the recipient field. Enter the group name and the potential recipients.
After you open the documents, in the top menu, select OTHER ACTIONS Assign to Someone Else. Enter the new signers email address, name, and a reason for changing the signing responsibility. When youre finished, select ASSIGN TO SOMEONE ELSE.
