The University of Toronto has a way for students to have their name and/or gender changed on their academic records and ACORN. Go to your Registrars Office and request the Change of Name or Gender Request Form. You are able to change your name and/or your gender without legal documentation.

Open the Email* app on your device. If you havent previously configured another email account, proceed to next step. If you have already configured another email account, go to Settings and and select Add Account.Enter the incoming server settings: Your UTSCid. Your UTSCid password. mailhost.utsc.utoronto.ca. 993. SSL/TLS.
Go to utorid.utoronto.ca to make changes and change your email address. You can also change your display name, ie. the name that appears with your account on your email and other online services. Please note that this can take up to 24 hours for the change to take effect.
If you have forgotten your password, there are two ways to reset your password. Visit any of the help desk locations (St. George, Mississauga or Scarborough) with a valid government issued Photo Identification and the access letter you received from the school with your UTORid information.
