Any of these recipients can be a remote recipient (who receives the envelope via email), or an embedded recipient (who views, approves, or signs the envelopes documents directly through your app or website).
After you open the documents, in the top menu, select OTHER ACTIONS Assign to Someone Else. Enter the new signers email address, name, and a reason for changing the signing responsibility. When youre finished, select ASSIGN TO SOMEONE ELSE.
To change your email address In your account, click your profile image and select Manage Profile. In the My Profile Information, in the Email Address section, select UPDATE. If required, log in to your account to authenticate. Select CONTINUE and enter your new email address, then click SEND CODE.
Under Add Recipients to Envelope, select ADD RECIPIENT. Input the name of the recipient and designate a recipient action. Drag and drop the recipient to where they belong on the workflow and ensure the signing order is sequential. If the recipient Needs to Sign, you must add recipient fields on the document. Click NEXT.
In the Console Mange tab, find the envelope(s) you want to transfer and select the envelope(s). The envelopes can be in any of your folders or shared folders. 3. Click the Actions button and select Transfer Selected Ownership.
Using the Document Markup feature, recipients can make changes to a document. Recipients can use the markup tool to: White out, or cover up, document text to show deletions. Cover up text ,and add new text over the old text.
In your account, click your profile image and select Manage Profile. The My Profile site opens. In the My Profile Information, in the Email Address section, select UPDATE.
Editing Recipients: To edit a recipient, click the Edit link to the left of the recipients name and repeat steps 2 and 3. Changing Recipient Order: You can change the order in which recipients receive the envelope by typing a different value in the Order field or by dragging and dropping the row into a new position.
