Procedure Open the sales quotation or sales order you need to update. Tap in the top-right hand corner, and the document is switched to Edit mode. Make your changes. Tap Save.
To display a quotation, you just have to click the magnifier symbol and enter the document number of the quotation you want to display. All quotations with the status open or already completed can be displayed with their core information.

If you want to change the quotation, you may use the transaction VA22. You may change the validity date, price, quantity .etc from VA22 of an existing quotation.
