when you want to print a presentation click on file click on print by default all slides will be printed from the presentation but you can select slides to print or print only current slide or print a custom range if you have 10 slide presentation and if you want to print only slide 1 3 5 to 10 slides then enter 1 comma 3 comma 5 dashed and now you can see only slide 1 3 5 6 7 8 9 10 will be printed you can select if you want to print one slide per page or like a handout multiple slides per page if you select 6 slides per page you can see how they will be printed you can select to print only one side of page or print on both sides either flip pages on long or short edge collated or uncorrelated is useful if you are printing multiple copies of presentation if you print 5 copies of presentation then if you select collate then slide 1 to 10 are printed then again slide 1 to 10 up to 5 times its easy to group them as handouts if you select an collated then each slide is printer 5 copie
