To apply a custom number format to your spreadsheet: On your computer, open a spreadsheet in Google Sheets. Highlight the data you want to format. Click Format Number. Click Custom number format. Search in the menu text box to select a format. ... Click Apply.
In the Format Axis dialog box, click Scale, and under Value axis scale, modify any of the following options: To change the number at which the vertical (value) axis starts or ends, for the Minimum or Maximum option, type a different number in the Minimum box or the Maximum box.
The change points divide each time series into segments, where the values within each segment have a similar mean or standard deviation. Change points are defined as the first time step in each new segment, so the number of change points is always one less than the number of segments.
A clever work around though can be found by using conditional formatting. Select all cells (Ctrl + A) click Format > Conditional Formatting. Use the dropdown to select Equal To and type 0. Tick the text tickbox and change the text color to white, this will effectively hide all your zero values.
