One of the simplest ways to resize an image in the HTML is using the height and width attributes on the img tag. These values specify the height and width of the image element. The values are set in px i.e. CSS pixels. For example, the original image is 640×960.
Select Start > Settings > Personalization > Colors, and then choose your own color, or let Windows pull an accent color from your background.
To insert an image in HTML, use the image tag and include a source and alt attribute. Like any other HTML element, you'll add images to the body section of your HTML file. The HTML image element is an “empty element,” meaning it does not have a closing tag.
How do I insert/edit images in the HTML editor? Open your template file or campaign in the HTML editor. Go to the image you are going to change and select it or place the cursor in the cell you would like the image to be inserted. Click the "Insert Image" button from the editor toolbar.
Answer: The Stretch/Skew command in MS Paint is for this exact purpose, and uses percentage parameters to resize an image.
HTML is the Hypertext Markup Language which is the most widely used language over the internet.
Method 1: Using the image resizing menu Open image. Open Photoshop and click File > Open… Then find your image on your PC or Mac and click Open. Resize the image. Click Image > Image Size... Set your image size parameters. ... Complete resizing. ... Save your image.

This can be done by enclosing the image and text in an HTML “div”. Then make the position of div “relative” and that of text “absolute”. The absolute elements are positioned relative to their parent (div). The top, right, bottom, and left properties of these elements specify their location from the parent.
To change a cell's background color with (X)HTML: Within the desired tag, type bgcolor= "color", where color is either a name or a hex color (see page 126 and inside back cover).
