hello in this video well be looking at how to replace photo placeholders in a word template so first were going to change this photo here on the cover so lets do this one first right click it and choose change picture from file we have a folder of photos here lets be large icons were going to use this image right here as you can see this photo has two persons in it and it doesnt fit the box properly so what you can do in that case is go to picture format crop and crop and the crop holders will show up you enlarge the crop to the size you want so one all the way down there and then you can click on the image and resize it so we want only the male figure to be in this one so were gonna make it really big and move it over to the center you can go up a little bit on the head a little more space about right there should be good a little bit more and thats it and you can go a little bit larger if you want but i think thats good for this guy right here click off the page and hes set
