This video tutorial explains how to create a shortcut for inserting repeated phrases in emails. To begin, copy the desired phrase, then navigate to the File tab and select Options. Go to the Mail tab, click on Spelling and Autocorrect, and then choose AutoCorrect Options. Your copied phrase will appear in the "With" box. In the "Replace" box, enter your chosen shortcut (e.g., asterix a), then click Add, and confirm with OK twice. Once set up, typing the shortcut followed by a space will automatically insert the phrase.
