In this tutorial, the presenter explains how to change a notification into a work order using transaction IW28. The process can also be done in IW37 or other relevant transactions. The presenter opts to uncheck the "complete" option to view only active work orders. After executing the selection, the list of created work orders appears. To create a work order, the user clicks on the notification number, selects the create icon, and specifies the order type, which in this case is a corrective maintenance. Finally, the user confirms the selection to proceed to the next screen.
