[Music] hello guys and thank you for joining me today today Im going to show you how to change notification into a work order through iw 28 you can also do this on iw 37 or other transactions so this technique will work in any transaction that lets you go into the notification but right here I have a iw 28 which is changed notification selection so I got everything checked more besides complete because I want to see I dont want to see the work orders that complete it so lets press execute and then here you can see all the work orders have been created you can see that this one that I created was just a test though doesnt have a work order so here you can click the notification number from the notification number again click this little icon which is create and then here with says order type you can click the little box and then you gonna put what type of PM is gonna be mine is gonna be a corrective maintenance thats in there you press checkmark and theres an take to this screen f

Procedure Highlight a work order you want to edit on the main Work Order list pane. The work order details are displayed in the details tab. Tap the Edit icon. The Edit Work Order screen displays. Fill out or edit all fields using either the drop-down menus or the on-screen keyboard. Tap Done to complete your changes.
Corrective maintenance is performed to identify, isolate, and solve the issue so that the equipment, machine, or system can be restored to its correct condition. Unlike an emergency work order, a corrective maintenance work order is planned and scheduled because the failure was identified in time.
You should include the following information in your work order letter: Company name. Start with your company name, typically in one of the upper corners. Company address. Below the company name, include your address. Work order number. Work order title. Work order description. Priority level. Work location. Workers name.
The most common items to include on a work order are: A description of the task. The name of the person / party requesting the work. Estimated completion time. Name of the party responsible for completing the task. Location of the task / asset where the work is to occur.
The system logs in the internal order when a system status has actually been docHubed, and which system status it is. Changing the system status of an order is itself a business transaction. You do this using a function (for example, Released ) in the master data maintenance.
Procedure Click to a work order detail screen, either from the main overscreen or from the map view. The Work Order Detail screen displays. Tap the current status at the bottom of the screen and select one of the other statuses from the menu options.
To set the system status: Go to either the change header or the detail screen of the object management record. To set a new system status, choose the Set status pushbutton or Edit Set status. Choose the Set status pushbutton for the status you require.
