Also, I have had a lot of practice with change and all of the stress that comes with it. Thats basically my life. Turns out, all of these things might be because of how those of us with ADHD experience stress. ing to research, stressful events are more upsetting to those with ADHD and we tend to have a lower tolerance for stress.
