To change directors, first ensure you are registered as a customer; if not, refer to the registration video. Begin by visiting www.cipc.co.za. From the top menu, select "Online Transactions," then "eServices" from the drop-down. You will be directed to the eServices login screen. Enter your details (case sensitive) and the security code (also case sensitive). Read and accept the CIPC terms and conditions, then log in. Once on the eServices landing page, click on "Amend Company Director Details." Input the relevant enterprise number and click "Validate" to display current directors. Enter the ID number of the first listed director and confirm that the details belong to the company.
