The tutorial covers using the Time Entries feature to review and manage timesheets by navigating to Time Entries, then Timesheets, and adjusting the date range as necessary. Users can locate a worker's timesheet and use the pencil icon to edit fields such as date and time in/out, job, or customer. Changes are saved by selecting "save," and accidental entries can be deleted using the trash icon. Additionally, the Whos Working window allows edits for workers still clocked in, with the option to adjust filters as needed.
