You can use the search engine near the top of the Monthly Donations tab, or any CanadaHelps charity donation form, to set up more monthly donations under your account. You may also cancel your monthly donation by selecting the Stop Payment option under the Manage menu.
If you need to update or cancel a recurring donation that you have set up with a nonprofit organization at any time, you can do so by signing into your donor account and making those changes. First, go to the donation page of the organization that you have the recurring donation set up with.
How can I cancel my monthly donations or change my donation amount? Please fill out a donor inquiry form, contact us at WeCare@redcross.ca or give us a call at 1-800-418-1111. To handle your request as quickly as possible, please provide your full name, address and amount of your monthly gift.
