This issue is because this file contains fonts with non-standard encoding. A program without OCR cannot recognize the correct character codes, which is why converting the document to an Editable document shows strange characters.
FINAL CHECK: Open your pdf in docHub. Click on Print Production, then Output Preview. This will bring up. Spot colours need to be converted to CMYK before going to print. If theres no spot colour, then in the Show All box, scroll down to RGB and check that none of your images is in RGB.
Follow these steps: Open Acrobat, and click Edit=Preferences. Access Convert from PDF, select the Word document. Select Edit settings(edit settings) =Retain Page Layout(keep page layout intact). Click OK. Close and reopen Acrobat.
