hi and in todays microsoft word tutorial im going to show you how to create a very quick fillable form save it as a pdf create the fillable fields in docHub and then save it out for your users to fill in so lets get started okay so ive just opened a default document here and all im going to do is create a very simple fillable form if you want something a little bit more complicated then i have done a video on that and i will link it in the description below so just firstly just pop a title in if you want to skip this bit please feel free but just to give you an idea how the form is set up now before i click and drag my table im just going to go up to the home tab and down to the font area now whether youve used docHub or not not all the fonts in docHub are also in word so if you want your fillable form to have the same font throughout youre going to have to just cross check the different fonts so i know at the moment that the very classic times new roman i

How to create fillable PDF files: Open Acrobat: Click on the Tools tab and select Prepare Form. Select a file or scan a document: Acrobat will automatically analyze your document and add form fields. Add new form fields: Use the top toolbar and adjust the layout using tools in the right pane. Save your fillable PDF:
1) Open the form in docHub; 2) Open Page Thumbnails: Tools Page Thumbnails; 3) Select the page you want to change and click on its properties: Right click Page Properties 4) Select the tabbing order you need and click OK; 5) Save the template.
If you have a document that has pages out of order, Acrobat makes reordering simple. Open the PDF document and select Tools Organize Pages Reorder. All the pages are shown as thumbnail images with page numbers below. Drag and drop each page to the correct location.
To correct this problem, open the preferences for the docHub PDF printer, choose the docHub PDF Settings tab, and turn off the option labeled Rely on system fonts only; do not use document fonts.
If the PDF still doesnt work after updating Acrobat Reader, go to Help Repair installation. Restore previous version. Another method to repairing a damaged PDF is restoring it to a previous version. Head to the location where the PDF is saved, right click on the file and select Restore previous versions.
How to edit PDF files: Open a file in Acrobat. Click on the Edit PDF tool in the right pane. Use Acrobat editing tools: Add new text, edit text, or update fonts using selections from the Format list. Save your edited PDF: Name your file and click the Save button.
There is a very easy way: open the pdf file that you want to reverse. then go to file \ print. choose the printer docHub PDF. in pages to print section click on more options. you will see a checkbox Reverse pages, check it. print your file.
Drag and drop pages to reorder PDF pages how you want. Copy a page by clicking a thumbnail and using Ctrl+drag to drop it to a second location.
