[Music] fillable surveys and forms are a great way to collect important information from your clients using PDF element you can set fields insert checkboxes and modify text so that youll be able to conveniently gather all the information you need lets get started first open your PDF form under the form menu on the top bar here Im going to enable form field recognition PDF element will automatically detect and create text fields for us to edit but we might want to change them according to our needs the text fields here are not looking right yet lets double click on it to bring up the properties window under the general tab Im going to change the name to something more appropriate Im going to close this window and then do the same thing to the other text field that would be our tenant name field we want to use a drop-down menu for this field down here instead of a simple text field so lets delete it then head to the form menu again and pick add combo box then drag and drop it abo
