In this MSFTV webcast tutorial, we learn how to reset a user password in Exchange Online by accessing the Microsoft 365 admin center. Enter the URL admin.microsoft.com, input the administrator's email (e.g. cladmin@clearx.onmicrosoft.com), and sign in. To reset a user's password, go to Microsoft 365 admin center, select users, click on active users, choose the user (e.g. software turner), and reset the password. Make sure to select the user account before clicking on reset password.
