In this tutorial, the presenter demonstrates how to fix the issue of paragraphs not justifying in Microsoft Word, which often occurs when text is copied from websites or PDFs. The problem manifests when attempting to justify text with the typical justification button. To resolve this, the user should select the affected paragraphs and go to the Home tab. From there, they should access the advanced find feature, where they need to type a specific character sequence (using Shift + the sixth key on the keyboard). Then, replace the identified character with the appropriate formatting options and confirm the changes. After this adjustment, the paragraphs should justify correctly.
