[Music] okay today im going to show you the fastest and most efficient way to make a change note here we have a reel from march 6. im going to go ahead and duplicate it so i always keep a copy of the original this is going to be the new change note lets open that up lets delete all tracks that are not part of the visible layer so everything above the mat here and all the audio tracks completely unnecessary so lets go ahead and delete all those then im going to zoom in and im going to lift out any clips that we dont want as part of the change note this would be include picture and picture effects that arent necessarily part of the visible layer theyre just reference and also ah heres some locator titles i dont want those collapsing my layers theres a picture in picture effect and then lets see im a little too zoomed out those look fine and were good okay the best thing that you can do for yourself in a change note situation is learn the select clips without filler this
