hi continuing with our report series im going to show you how to adjust your margins when youve written your report so at the moment weve got our default margins up and you can just see the rulers at the side here weve got our default document up the one that weve been working with throughout this series im just going to increase the zoom so were just working with one page and lets just scroll down im going to change the view so im going to go up to view and im just going to select one page because at the moment we are on multiple pages so im just going to select one page there we go now as you can see at the top here we can see that our margins are as wide as this gray section of the ruler now to change this im just going to ensure that my cursor is on this page just so that weve selected this particular page but of course it will affect the entire document im then going to go to layout and im going to go along to margins here click on the drop down youre given a num
