Bring in brand basics With paid plans, you can add your logo or other branded images. Customize thank you pages to show people on-brand messaging after they complete your survey.
If you added a logo to your survey, it appears in your email invitation by default, but you can edit or delete the logo. To add a logo to your email invitation: Select Template as your Message Format. You cant add a logo to a Plain Text email invitation.
Look Feel, Header, edit and put your company name and logo there. It will show up on every page of the survey.

To add a logo: Click the Design Survey tab. At the top of the survey, click + Logo.Adjust the logo settings in the left sidebar: Logo Size - Choose to display your logo at its Actual Size, Small (100px), Medium (200px), Large (300px). Position - Choose to display your logo aligned Left, Center, or Right.
This somewhat depends on where you want your logo to show, but an easy way to do this is go into the Look Feel area of your survey and add it into the header! From there, you can select your logo (if youve pre-loaded it into your image library) and save. Thatll ensure your logo appears at the top of each page!
A dynamic attachment, also known as a dynamic document, can be set up on both Manual Emails and Automated Emails.
You can add images by uploading them from your computer. To add an independent image to a survey: Click the Design Survey tab. In the Build section of the left sidebar, drag and drop Image onto your survey.
