hi everyone and welcome to this tutorial in putting our logos into your signature line in your email so this one was so focused on Outlook so the first thing Id like you to do is to open up a Google Doc a clear one blank Google Doc and what the first thing we should do is to insert a table so you go up here you choose this many you can always choose two if your blank tube Im going to choose three for this particular example and then in this box I would like your logo the company logo so what Im going to do is that Im going to choose insert up here on the toolbar so Im going to click the insert image which is the first option and then here you can drag and drop your image or you can click here to find the location in your computer I have it ready here Im just gonna click and drop it and then its just loading a little and heres your logo very self-explanatory Im going to resize it a little bit and then in this box I would like to put in best practice certification logos to show

If youre having problems uploading an image to your signature, try these solutions: Clear your browser cache. Clear cookies for mail.google.com. Allow all cookies for Gmail. Change Google Drive sharing permissions for the image. Upload the image in a Chrome incognito window. Upload the image with a different browser.
Start by logging into your Gmail account and clicking on the Settings menu (thats the cog icon in the top-right corner). Click on See all settings. Under the General tab, scroll to the Signature section. Here, you can update an existing signature or create a new one.
To do this, you must click on the little down arrow on the Insert button and choose Link to File to maintain the link. The Insert option will create a local copy and the Insert and Link option will create a local cache of the image which only gets updated when you update your signature.
Position your cursor where you want the image in your message. Select Insert Pictures. Browse your computer or online file locations for the picture you want to insert. Select the picture, then select Insert.
Follow these steps to add a logo to your Outlook signature. Create a new email, go to the Insert tab and then Signature Signatures. Under the E-mail Signature tab, select the signature you want to edit. To add your logo, click the Image icon (its the one next to Business card).
