The tutorial shows how to add, move, or remove apps and folders from the dock. Folders and icons are on the right, apps on the left. Finder and Trash cannot be removed. To remove an item, right-click or hold and go to options. Dragging an item to the top of the screen also removes it. For folders, just drag them to the dock. To find apps, go to Finder > Applications. Apps can be dragged and rearranged in the dock.
