This video tutorial demonstrates how to create a figure with a title and an image in data using Oxygen XML Editor version 17 on a PC. In the author view with full tags displayed, we add a fig element with a title element containing the text "Ducklings Walking" and one or more image elements using Oxygen's image wizard. Images can be local files or web references. When creating a reference to a local image file, Oxygen automatically displays the image in author view. In text view, the code shows the figure element with the title and image elements.
