welcome back so you may have noticed things look a little bit different from last time well where if you notice the date here were recording in the future or more accurately the current times its been ten months since I shot the last couple videos and the big difference in the time gap here is that we have some new features specifically I have some new external lines hooked up and before I go into showing you anything about that I want to explain why it took so long to hook up external lines it wasnt because I dont have any I have lots of external phone lines the reason why I had such a hard time connecting them to the system is that the BCM which is the backend of the system that were using here works on a key code model so you dont get all of the features when you buy the BCM generally what happens is that you would contact a Nortel installer or a company that those phones and then sell you a PCM and that you would be paying specifically for the types of features that you want
