QuickBooks uses the first custom template you create as your default for invoices, sales receipts, and estimates. To set another custom templates as the default: Go to Settings ⚙ and then select Custom form styles. Find your template.
Intuit recommends that your logo should be sized 184x80 pixels. You also should keep the background of your logo white. Dont apply any framing to the logo. This way, it will lay flat on your QBSE invoices.
Select the box with Add a logo +, then the + on the next window. Locate and select the image you want to use. Select Open. Once uploading is done, select Save, then Done.
Note: If you dont see the Invoices menu, go to Settings and turn on the Invoices switch. Select Edit work info. Enter your business info, then select Save.Customize your invoices Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser. Select Invoices from the menu, then select Create invoice. Select Customize.
