youll find that after you replace the lamp your light might be flickering or just still wont turn on now what that is its simply a starter now you need a new starter you find them in most places this is what they look like and what you need to do is turn your light off youll find your starter on the side of your right normally on a standard kitchen light will be located about the end here you need to grab it and twist it anti-clockwise and pull will come straight out just like that you get your new starter line up with however you took it out sometimes itll be a bit fiddly okay and then you twist it clockwise and youll click in it wont go any further now that is set so put that back on you should start no problem

Payment date: You cant change the amount or date for a payment arrangement you set up. Instead, you have to cancel the entire payment arrangement and set a new payment arrangement with a different date. Payment method: You can change the payment method to any method (e.g., check, credit card, debit card, etc.).
After signing in, select Billing payment options to see all your payment activity.
