this is a light bulb replacement video for more of our common lights for the Belmont or TPC lights these lights have a cover on the back sometimes you get done doing my hand sometimes you need a flathead screwdriver to cover theres a small lock turn counterclockwise and remove it which holds the light bulb in pull the bulb out by the wire gently it comes out do not touch the bulb element with your fingers remove the bulb from the wires plug start your new boom also do not touch the bulb element make sure the connections seat inside and themselves we the bolt into the housing using the wire Sherlock back in make sure the lock part lines up this way with the bulb that way it locks it in good this lock theres two little tabs on the outside edge that slide into the grooves of the light housing make sure those go in you have to push in turn clockwise to lock it in place put the wires out of the way test your light before putting your housing back on slide and screw up at home time to scr

The consent or refusal of your appointed Health Care Agent is as meaningful and valid as your own. The wishes of other family members will not override your own clearly expressed choices or those made by your agent on your behalf.
You can change or cancel your advance directive at any time. Just fill out new forms and get rid of your existing forms. Or you can just let your family, your doctor, and your health care agent know about the change. If you change or create new forms, give everyone an updated copy.
A person can also revoke their Advance Directive orally, by telling their healthcare provider that they no longer want either the entire document or any parts of it enforced.
What do I need to do? If you amend or revoke your registered advance health care directive, you need to complete a new Registration of Written Advance Health Care Directive (PDF) form. Check the applicable box on Item 1 of the form and follow the instructions.
