The Behavioral Assessment measures five key factors that are associated with workplace behavior; dominance, extraversion, patience, formality, and objectivity. These five key factors, or key behavioral drives, provide a framework for understanding your employees and candidates workplace behaviors.
ABC stands for antecedent, behavior, and consequence. The model follows a sequence of events; what happens before, during, and after the target behavior. The antecedent is the situation or event that comes before a behavior. It is commonly called the trigger.
One of the best-known approaches to change is the stages of change (aka, transtheoretical) model, introduced in the late 1970s by researchers James Prochaska and Carlo DiClemente.
ABC refers to: Antecedent- the events, action, or circumstances that occur before a behavior. Behavior- The behavior. Consequences- The action or response that follows the behavior.
The 6 stages of behavior change Precontemplation stage. At this stage, people are not yet aware of the negative behavior they need to change. Contemplation stage. At this stage, people are aware of the negative consequences or problems. Preparation or determination stage. Action stage. Maintenance stage. Relapse stage.
