Your passport most likely has your first name, your middle name, (spelled out rather than just an initial), and your maiden name. So, your plane ticket should be booked in your maiden name as well. It also doesn't matter if you've been married for 5 months, or 5 years.
Thankfully, no appointment is necessary so you can visit during normal business hours. Visit a Global Entry Enrollment Center with your Global Entry card, your new U.S. Passport (in your new name), and your official legal name change document (marriage certificate, divorce decree, or court order).
You won't be able to make the changes online, but will instead need to make an appointment to speak with a CBP officer at your local Global Entry enrollment center. In addition to this appointment, you will also be responsible for a $25 fee to pay for a new Global Entry card.
To change the name on a flight ticket you should always contact the airline or travel agent you booked with as soon as you realise the name change is needed. This is because many airlines will have a cut-off point for name changes (generally up to 24 hours before the flight).
If members have changed their name since enrollment, they must contact the TSA Help Center at 855-DHS-UES1 (855-347-8371) to update their name before renewing. Alternatively, members can renew in person at an enrollment center.
All Global Entry members can update their passport information through their TTP account. Click on "Update Documents." If the passport update involves a name change, you must visit a Global Entry enrollment center to update your information.

For the most part, you shouldn't have trouble making minor name corrections. However, you'll want to act as soon as you notice the error. If you notice the mistake within 24 hours of booking and the ticket price hasn't changed, the easiest option would be to cancel your ticket for a refund and rebook.
If you recently changed your name, but your photo ID or passport doesn't reflect the change yet - don't worry! As per the Department of Transportation's Fly-Rights, you should be able to fly still given that you bring documentation of the change (e.g., a marriage certificate or court order).
These members will need to visit an enrollment center to complete the renewal process or update their name by calling customer service at 855-347-8371 weekdays between 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. ET. Name changes may take up to three months to complete and processing time varies by individual.
