This video tutorial demonstrates how to add a last name and page number in Google Docs. To add the page number, go to the insert tab and select the page numbers option. Choose whether to display the page number at the top or bottom of the page. By default, the page number appears on the left side but can be shifted to the right using the alignment option. To add a name, simply type it before the page number. You can also adjust the font size as needed. Double click inside the document to insert the last name and page number.
