we are in Microsoft Outlook 2013 and Im going to show you how to change your display name and initials in Outlook so lets go ahead and click on the file menu on the top left and then well go ahead and click on the options and from here were going to see personalize your copy of Microsoft Office so here we can change the name and I can Ill just go ahead and change that from Bob Robert and then my initials will be RM alright so you can also check the box that says always use these values regardless of sign into office so whether or not you sign into Microsoft Office youll still see that and well go ahead and click OK and outlook it doesnt mean as much as it does in Word to change your display name and initials because in word it will automatically save it at the bottom if you want it to to have your name in it but if I saved an email in Outlook to my desktop for instance I could save it where it has just the display name in that attachment but thats how you change both the init
