hello guys my name is Matthew and in todays video Im gonna show you how you can change your initials in docHub first of all uh obviously we need to login into our docHub account and then focus on top right corner of our screen where is your initials your logo or your name itself so once you click on this circle there is manage profile and were gonna hit that manage profile option on the left side we have a first second third fourth option is signatures we see that we have our signatures already uploaded here two of them actually and if we want to change it we can simply click the actions and click on edit this is Andrew White signature for example and we can write down a new one for example Andrew White like this and initials we can easily create new one thats how you change it its very easy if you made a mistake you can easily clear it and try a new one and then you can use it so then you create it simply and signature is adapted successfully and thats about it you can eith

You can change an existing signature and initials from your Account at any time. From your account, select your user icon then select Manage Profile. Select Signatures and then choose: Confirm that your full name and initials are correct, then select a style, draw, or upload your signature.
If you are the only signer, you cannot select a saved signature. To change your signature for a document you need to sign, send yourself an envelope and add yourself as the only recipient. Your default signature is applied, but you have the option to change and select another saved signature.
From your Account, select your user icon, then select Manage Profile. Select Signatures. Select Delete to remove an existing signature, or + Add New to create a new signature.
Correct an Envelope in Access the Room that contains the envelope you need to correct. Click the Envelopes tab, at the top of the page. From the Envelopes page, right-click on the desired envelope, and select Correct. Make your corrections. Once you have made your corrections, click Send.
To edit a contact, locate the contact by searching or scanning the list. Click EDIT, edit the contact details, and click SAVE. To delete one or more contacts, select the check box next to the contacts you want to delete and click DELETE.
The Lock Recipient Name option prevents recipients from changing their name when adopting a signature. However the sender spells the recipients name, that is how they must sign the document.
Change Your Name In your account, click your profile image and select Manage Profile. The My Profile site opens. In the My Profile Information, in the Name section, select UPDATE. Modify your name as desired. Click SAVE. Your name is updated and the changes apply to all future envelopes and notifications.
In your account, click your profile image and select Manage Profile. From the My Profile site, scroll down to the Contact Information section and select UPDATE. In the Contact Information screen, update your company name, job title, address, and phone number as needed and click SAVE.
