Just create a new DS-160. Login to your USTravelDocs and open the appointment. There will be an option to update the DS-160 number. You may also call the USTravelDocs customer support (either from India or from USA) and they can do it for you.
On the Thank You page you will see an option to create a family or group application. When you select this option, certain information from your application, such as destination, will automatically be imported to and displayed on a new application.
If you have already booked a visa appointment and need to update the DS-160 confirmation number for a dependent, you should contact the embassy or consulate where you have booked the appointment and explain the situation.
To do this, first, complete one DS-160. On the Thank You page that follows the confirmation page, youll see an option to create a family application. Remember, while this will automatically complete some parts of the DS-160 for each family member, everyone still needs their own individual DS-160.
If your name has legally changed through marriage, divorce, or a court ordered name change, you will need to obtain a new passport. Once you have a new passport, the Department of State recommends that you apply for a new U.S. visa to make it easier for you to travel to and from the United States. I changed my name.

Log in to the CEAC (Consular Electronic Application Center) website using the main applicants information. Select the option to Update/Edit an Application. Enter the dependents DS-160 confirmation number and follow the prompts to make any necessary updates.
