Hello and in this video, we are going to learn how to quickly select all headings in Word, and we want to do that in order to modify the format of existing headings. Of course, we can manually change each heading one by one, but if we have a really long document, that would be quite time consuming and tedious. What we really want is to select all headings, and then do the formatting changes all in one go. How do we do that? Well, the first step is to figure out what type of heading we have. Usually there are two types of headings one if the one that we manually formatted like this one. If you click on Heading 1, you can see that its still classified as normal text. So for manually formatted headings, what we need to do is to click anywhere on a sample heading. Remember to move your mouse cursor there, dont select the whole heading.
