this video shows how to quickly change default font for email messages in Microsoft Outlook click file then click options then click mail in mail click extensionary and fonts and then under theme in font if always use my font is not selected click theme and select any theme click ok this will activate the drop down list in fonts select always use my font now change font in new mail messages in the dialog box select desired font and font size and then click OK I selected Ariel and size 11. similarly change font in other two categories and click ok now since I dont want any theme for my email I change to no theme and clicked ok however the always use my font remains selected in the font but grayed out click ok and then in the mail dialog box also click ok now if I open a new mail message the default font is aerial and size is 11. thank you
