The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation, print. The style most commonly used by lawyers and legal scholars.
MICROSOFT WORD Highlight some text with the formatting you want to change. Go to the Editing group and click on Select. From the dropdown list choose Select all text with similar formatting. Then you can change all the selected text as you wish.

Likewise, Rule 33(1)(B) of the Supreme Courts Rules states that the text of all major documents, including briefs, shall be typeset in a Century family (e.g., Century Expanded, New Century Schoolbook, or Century Schoolbook) 12-point type.
The United States Supreme Court uses Century Schoolbook for its opinions and issues its orders in Lucida Sans Typewriter. Lawyers must submit briefs in a font in the Century family.
