lets give our project a white background for that go to Media Library then the white background bring it to the timeline now local import now bring the flag Pirates flag lets scale it down then video basic align left now go to effect video effect distortion distorted bring it to the timeline skillet so this is what we have so far but it seems like too fast to make it slow select the effect layer and the flag layer right click create compound clip now go to speed lets bring it down to like 0.7 or 6 lets extend the background to lets see the result see now its slower and now we can also scale it down and attach the flag with anything we want see its really that simple so thank you guys for watching have a good day
