And our video today is gonna share the red flags that he tends to see the most when hes inspecting homes. So home inspections are a part of the health of your home, finding out the health of the home that youre trying to purchase, and Rollie does that all the time, he sees some red flags. So Rollie thank you so much for joining us today. - [Rollie] Thanks Jeremy, appreciate it. - [Jeremy] All right, so lets dig right in. Whats the first red flag that you tend to see when youre inspecting homes? - [Rollie] Well the biggest, the one I see a lot certainly is moisture. Ill come across that at various locations of the home and thats really the biggest, biggest issue you could deal with as a homeowner is moisture in the house, whether it be at the roof, in an attic, in the walls, basement
