Today, the National Association of Realtors announced a settlement in a lawsuit regarding agent commissions as part of the settlement nar will have to pay $418 million. Also, the disclosure of agent commission fees will no longer be on the multiple multiple listing service. Home sellers will have the option to only pay their agents commission fee, which has long been the case here in California, but it wasnt necessarily the industry standard.
