If you have invoice billing set up for your account, you can pay your bills using insertion orders. An insertion order is a contract that sets a monthly limit on your spend. If you have monthly invoice billing set up for your account, you need to have an active insertion order for your ads to be eligible for delivery.
Create a new insertion order. Click the Create New button from the Insertion Orders menu, then select the appropriate advertiser. You can also search for the advertiser if necessary. Fill out the basic setup, which includes information such as name and budget and billing details.
Here are the key things to include in an insertion order: Advertiser and publisher identification. Campaign details, including start and end dates. Ad creative specifications.
