Do you do it on StubHub or do you take advantage of ticketmasters sell button? That is all the way up there. Well, you can follow those 3 easy steps to sell your tickets and get paid. Everything is in one place. It seemed like an easy way to do it, and they sold and in just a matter of hours it said when I put them up that you would be paid 7 to 10 days after the tickets being sold, and you know thats kind of what we expected. That got an e-mail confirmation on July the 8th that his tickets had been sold, but even after a week the money was not in his bank account. I just called Ticketmaster and just said, hey you know, do you know when the the money transfer might occur? And the customer service agent said, well, its probably going to be 7 to 10 days after the show. And I was like, well, it didnt say that whe

Change a single date or time in a recurring event schedule Go to Manage my Events. Go to your Event Dashboard. Click Schedule. Click on the occurrence you want to change. Click OK. Save Continue. Email your attendees.
When you cancel an event, Eventbrite requires you to refund all orders. Go to Manage my events and select your event. Select Manage attendees, then select Orders. Select Issue multiple refunds. Choose a refund method ($USD only). Select Select all. Select Refund. Confirm the number of refunds and click Issue X refunds.
If your tickets are free, you and your ticket-buyers dont pay any Ticketing Fees. The Ticketing Fees vary per country and currency. You can view your Ticketing Fees in your Organization settings.
If youre ready to go live, select Publish and choose whether to Publish Now or Schedule Publish. If your event has more than 25 tickets and youre not subscribed to Eventbrite Pro, there will be an Organizer Fee when you publish the event. Request a refund directly from your Eventbrite account If the event organizer allows refund requests for the event you purchased tickets for, youll see the option to request a refund in your account: Log in to Eventbrite. Go to Tickets. Find the order you want refunded, then select Request a refund.
Optional: Hide the start and end time. Log in to your account. Log in to your Eventbrite account. Then go to Events. Select your event. Go to Build event page. Change the date and time. Select the Date and time field and make your changes. Optional: Hide the start and end time. Select More options.
After you publish your event, you can only change the policy to a more flexible one. To change to a more restrictive policy, youll need to refund any orders and unpublish the event. Once the event is unpublished, you can choose any refund policy.
Refunds will include the ticket price less the Ticketing Fees (which consist of the payment processing fee and the service fee combined).
To issue a full or partial refund: Go to Manage my events. Select the relevant event. Go to Orders (under Manage attendees). Find the order you want to refund. Select Actions, then Refund this order. Fill out the refund details, including the refund reason, which tickets you want to refund, and the amount to refund.
