In the field titled Default email message send with sales forms, click the drop-down menu next to the Sales form box and select Invoice. From here, you can update your email signature in the Email message box.
Heres how: Click on the Gear Icon. Click on Account Settings. Click on Sales tab. Look for Messages field and under Email message you can edit the default email sent to your customers. Make your corrections, and click on Save and Done.
Select the drop-down arrow at the top right beside the company name. Select Edit Login, then go to the Profile tab. Select Edit in the Email address field. Enter your new email address in the Email address and Confirm email address field.
How to change content in email invoices? Click on the Gear Icon. Click on Account Settings. Click on Sales tab. Look for Messages field and under Email message you can edit the default email sent to your customers. Make your corrections, and click on Save and Done.
