Edit a sketch. (Dimensions/Relations toolbar) or Tools Dimensions Fully Define Sketch. Set the options for relations and dimensions in the Fully Define Sketch PropertyManager.
Editing a Part in an Assembly Right-click the part and select Edit Part, or click Edit Component on the Assembly toolbar. Make the necessary changes to the part.
To edit the drawing sheet format: Click Edit Sheet Format (Sheet Format toolbar), or Edit Sheet Format, or right-click any blank area on the drawing sheet, or the sheet icon in the FeatureManager design tree, and click Edit Sheet Format.
Editing the Sheet Format Right-click anywhere in the drawing sheet, and select Edit Sheet Format. Click Note (Annotation tab). Click the area shown. Enter the name of your company. Change the font, size, or style, in the Formatting toolbar. Click outside of the text area to save your changes.
Editing an Existing Sketch Click Sketch. on the Sketch toolbar, or click Insert Sketch. Select an existing sketch to edit. Right-click a sketch in the FeatureManager design tree, or right-click a sketch entity in the graphics area, and select Edit Sketch.
To rename a title: In the FeatureManager Design Tree, right-click a SOLIDWORKS document and click Rename Title. In the Rename Title dialog box, enter the new title, or click Reset to change the title back to the file name, and click OK.
Open a title block for editing, using one of the following methods: Open a project that contains sheets that use the title block (or a project into which you have loaded the title block). In the Project Browser, expand Families Annotation Symbols. Right-click the name of the title block to modify, and click Edit.
To view and edit the Drawing View Properties: Do one of the following: Right-click in a drawing view and select Properties. From a drawing view PropertyManager, click More Properties. Edit properties and click OK. Click Update View (Drawing toolbar) or Rebuild. (Standard toolbar).
